USAG DEV
The USAG Developmental Program uses levels to progress girls through a specific sequence of skills. This program is the most dedicated and detail oriented of all gymnastics programs. The program focuses on skills without regard for individual strengths or weaknesses (until the higher levels).

Our gymnasts compete in about 5 "local" invitational competitions each season and 1 "travel" meet, trying to earn the qualifying score for the State Competition in either March or April (depending on that year's schedule). If they attain the necessary score at State, they qualify to compete in the Regional competition in April or May against gymnasts from Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
USAG Level 6 & 7

USAG L6&7 are the introductory optional levels in the USAG Developmental Program. Gymnasts perform personalized routines. They train, on average, 4 days per week for 3-4 hours each day.
USAG Level 8

USAG L8 is the next competitive level in the USAG Developmental Program. They perform personalized routines and train approximately 4 days at 4 hours each.
